Cedar Wood

Clary Sage
A warm, nutty fragrance which relaxes and eases muscle tension. Good for overwork and hyperactivity and a key essential oil for PMT.

Neroli
A floral and citrusy oil and the number one choice for stress and shock. When inhaled it may encourage the release of serotonin and reduce levels of cortisol.
Frankincense
A deep, spicy and grounding scent which supports, stabilises and builds courage. Good for fighting fear and insecurity. Often used in religious ceremony and to aid meditation.
Bergamot
A light and fresh fragrance which serves to calm emotions, balance the mind and uplift the spirit. Blends well with other oils to easily create your own mix.
Lavender
A floral and herbaceous aroma with a vast array of beneficial properties. Calms the nervous system, quiets the mind and aids sleep. The number one all rounder.
