Terms and conditions
The following terms and conditions relate to all bookings with Amy Evans Life Coach. By booking any session, you agree to these T&C.
Securing your booking.
To secure your booking full payment must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the session. The only exception to this is by prior agreement and in writing.

Payment
Payment in full must have been received as cleared funds prior to the commencement of the session. Failure to do so will result in cancellation or rescheduling of the session.

Session packs are purchased as a single item and payment in full must have been received as cleared funds prior to the commencement of the first session. Failure to do so will result in cancellation or rescheduling of the session.

Cancellation of single, private session by client
If a client fails to attend a session without prior notification and agreement, all pre-paid fees and deposits are forfeited. If, for any reason, you must cancel an agreed booking, this must be notified to me in writing, and the cancellation fees will apply as shown:
More than 24 hours before session FULL REFUND
Less than 24 hours before session NO REFUND

Cancellation of private session purchased within session pack by client
If a client fails to attend a session purchased as part of a session pack, without prior notification and agreement, this session is forfeited. If, for any reason, you must cancel an agreed booking, purchased as part of a session pack, this must be notified to me in writing, and the following with apply:
More than 24 hours before session SESSION RESCHEDULED
Less than 24 hours before session SESSION FORFEITED

If a client chooses to not book sessions purchased as part of a session pack, all pre-paid fees and deposits for the entire pack are forfeited and no part refund will be issued. If I am unable to accommodate scheduling of sessions purchased as part of a session pack, refund will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation of place on a group session or course by client
If a client fails to attend a group session / course / event, without prior notification and agreement, all pre-paid fees and deposits are forfeited. If, for any reason, you must cancel an agreed booking for a place on a group session / course / event, this must be notified to me in writing, and the following with apply:
More than 7 days before first session FULL REFUND
Within 7 days and 48 hours before first session 50% refund
Less than 48 hours before first session NO REFUND

If a client chooses to not attend part of a course, all pre-paid fees and deposits for the entire course are forfeited and no part refund will be issued.

Rescheduling one-to-one sessions by client
A client may request to reschedule a private session up to 24 hours before the session. If I am unable to accommodate rescheduling, refund will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
Requests to reschedule a session less than 24 hours before to session is planned will result in a 25% rescheduling fee.

Rescheduling or cancelling one-to-one sessions by Amy Evans Holistic
I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a private session at any time before the session starts. If I am unable to offer a suitable rescheduling, full refund will be issued.

Cancellation of scheduled group session / course / event by Amy Evans Holistc
If a scheduled group session / course / event needs to be cancelled for any reason outside of my control, participants will be notified as soon as is reasonably possible and full refunds will be made to participants.

Exemptions from T&C
I will adhere to our Terms and Conditions, and Cancellation Scale as a matter of course. I may, at my discretion, consider a substitute participant onto a group session or course if one is available from a waitlist. In which case, I will endeavour to transfer your booking to a future course. However, such exception is by no means guaranteed and should not be expected. If a substitute participant is available but you are unable to attend offered alternative session or course, all pre-paid fees and deposits for the entire course are forfeited and no part refund will be issued.

Course and session confirmation
I aim to confirm your private session or place on a group session or course within 24 hours of receiving your payment. If you do not hear from me within a working week, please contact me at: amy@amyevansholistic.com

Private and group session / course / event disclaimer
All clients and delegates will be required to complete a disclaimer prior to attending a session / course / event, acceptance is at my sole discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone without prejudice for any reason whatsoever.

Audio / Video Recording
There is no audio or video recording/taping allowed. All performances are protected under U.K. and international copyright law. Amy Evans Holistic reserves the rights to use any recordings for marketing and website purposes only.

By attending a group session or course the participant/assistant consents to photography, audio recording, video recording its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising and inclusion on web sites. You release Amy Evans Holistic and any persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication.

Ownership & quality of information
Legal and beneficial title to all intellectual property rights existing in any documentation, data, know-how, methods and concepts, used or developed by us in providing the services, shall, as between you and us, belong to and remain vested in us.
All conditions or warranties (whether expressed or implied by statute or common law or arising from conduct or a previous course of dealing or trade custom or usage or otherwise) as to the quality of the session materials we supply or their fitness for a particular purpose (even if that purpose is made known expressly or by implication to us) are expressly excluded.

Data
When you place and order, all personal data provided will be used in accordance with data protection laws and my privacy policy.

My promise
I will use all reasonable care and skill in providing the services you order under this agreement, but I do not guarantee any results of the services. Any decision you make having received any of my services are your own and you remain wholly responsible for any decisions and actions you take.

General issues
This agreement is the entire agreement between us, and it supersedes any previous agreement between us relating to any services we provide, unless otherwise agreed in writing by us both. We both agree that by entering into this agreement, neither of us has relied on, and is not able to have any remedy, for any statement, promise, representation or understanding (whether it is made negligently or innocently) or any person other than what is expressly promised in this agreement. The only remedy available for breach of the promises in this agreement is for breach of contract. Nothing in this paragraph attempts to limit or exclude any liability for fraud.
No failure or delay in enforcing any of our rights under this agreement will prejudice or restrict those rights. If I waive my rights to require you to comply with this agreement it will not operate as a waiver, or any further exercise of the right and a waiver of any breach will not operate as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
We both agree that each provision of this agreement is severable and distinct from any other. If any part of this agreement is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, we both agree that the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder of the agreement is not affected.

No terms of this agreement are intended for the benefit of any third party, except where expressly stated in this agreement, and we both agree that it is not intended that the term of this agreement should be enforceable by a third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. If you choose to make an order, these terms and conditions only apply to that order and not to any future orders.

Bookings are subject to the terms and conditions. Bookings cannot be confirmed until full payment has been received. All requests for cancellations and transfers must be confirmed in writing.
