Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions relate to all bookings and purchases with Amy Evans Holistic. By booking any session and/or purchasing any product, you agree to these T&Cs.
Securing Your Booking
To secure your booking, full payment must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the session. The only exception to this is by prior agreement in writing.
Payment
Payment in full must be received as cleared funds prior to the commencement of any session or the release of any product. Failure to do so will result in cancellation or rescheduling of the session, or the product not being supplied.
Session packs are purchased as a single item and must be paid in full prior to the first session.
Products (Digital and Physical)
Digital Products

Digital products (such as guides, toolkits, recordings, courses and downloads) are delivered electronically and are for your personal use only.

All digital products are non-refundable once purchased, as access is granted immediately.

Sharing, copying, distributing or reselling any product, in whole or in part, without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Course access (where relevant) is granted for the period stated at purchase. Login details and access links must be kept secure and not shared with others.
Physical Products (if applicable)

Payment in full must be received before dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only, and I am not liable for postal or courier delays once the product has been dispatched.

Returns are accepted only if the product is faulty or damaged. Faults must be reported in writing within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Technical Issues

I will take reasonable steps to ensure that digital products are accessible and functioning as intended. However, I am not liable for technical issues arising from your own device, software, or internet connection.

If a product link does not work, or a download fails, please contact me at amy@amyevansholistic.com and I will provide alternative access where possible.
Cancellations and rescheduling by a client
Cancellation of Single Private Session by Client
If a client fails to attend a session without prior notification and agreement, all pre-paid fees and deposits are forfeited. If, for any reason, you must cancel an agreed booking, this must be notified to me in writing, and the following will apply:

Less than 24 hours before session: NO REFUND
Cancellation of Private Session Purchased in a Session Pack by Client
If a client fails to attend a session purchased as part of a session pack, without prior notification and agreement, this session is forfeited. If, for any reason, you must cancel an agreed booking within a session pack, this must be notified to me in writing, and the following will apply:

More than 24 hours before session: SESSION RESCHEDULED

Less than 24 hours before session: SESSION FORFEITED
If a client chooses not to use sessions purchased in a session pack, all pre-paid fees for the entire pack are forfeited and no part refund will be issued. If I am unable to accommodate scheduling of sessions purchased as part of a session pack, a refund will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation of Place on a Group Session, Course or Event by Client
If a client fails to attend a group session, course or event without prior notification and agreement, all pre-paid fees and deposits are forfeited. If, for any reason, you must cancel an agreed booking, this must be notified to me in writing, and the following will apply:

More than 7 days before first session: FULL REFUND

Within 7 days and 48 hours before first session: 50% REFUND

Less than 48 hours before first session: NO REFUND
If a client chooses not to attend part of a course, all pre-paid fees for the entire course are forfeited and no part refund will be issued.
Rescheduling One-to-One Sessions by Client
A client may request to reschedule a private session up to 24 hours before the session. If I am unable to accommodate rescheduling, a refund will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
Requests to reschedule a session less than 24 hours before the planned session will result in a 25% rescheduling fee.

I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a private session at any time before the session starts. If I am unable to offer a suitable rescheduling, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation of Scheduled Group Sessions, Courses or Events by Amy Evans Holistic
If a scheduled group session, course or event needs to be cancelled for any reason outside of my control, participants will be notified as soon as is reasonably possible and full refunds will be made.
Exemptions from T&Cs
I will adhere to these Terms and Conditions, and the cancellation scale, as a matter of course. I may, at my discretion, consider a substitute participant onto a group session or course if one is available from a waitlist. In which case, I will endeavour to transfer your booking to a future course. However, such exceptions are not guaranteed. If a substitute participant is available but you are unable to attend the offered alternative session or course, all pre-paid fees for the entire course are forfeited.
Course and Session Confirmation
I aim to confirm your private session or place on a group session or course within 24 hours of receiving your payment. If you do not hear from me within a working week, please contact me at amy@amyevansholistic.com.
Disclaimer (Sessions and Products)
All clients and delegates will be required to complete a disclaimer prior to attending a session, course or event. Acceptance is at my sole discretion, and I reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone without prejudice for any reason whatsoever.
All products and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended to replace medical, psychological, or other professional advice or treatment. Results are not guaranteed, and the responsibility remains with you to apply the tools and information provided.
By purchasing a product or attending a session, you accept full responsibility for your own decisions, health and wellbeing.
Audio / Video Recording and Use of Media
There is no audio or video recording/taping allowed during sessions or events. All performances are protected under U.K. and international copyright law.
By attending a group session or course, the participant consents to photography, audio recording and video recording, and to their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction for promotional purposes including use on websites and social media. You release Amy Evans Holistic and any persons involved from liability connected with the taking or use of such materials.
By entering the event premises, you waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, broadcasting or publication of these materials.
Ownership & Quality of Information
Legal and beneficial title to all intellectual property rights existing in any documentation, data, know-how, methods and concepts, used or developed by me in providing services or products, shall, as between you and me, belong to and remain vested in me.
All conditions or warranties (whether expressed or implied by statute or common law or arising from conduct, trade custom or otherwise) as to the quality of the materials I supply or their fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded.
When purchasing products or attending sessions you are granted a single, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for personal purposes only. You may not reproduce, share, resell or distribute any materials without my written consent.
Data
When you place an order, all personal data provided will be used in accordance with data protection laws and my privacy policy.
My Promise
I will use all reasonable care and skill in providing the services and products you order under this agreement, but I do not guarantee specific results. Any decision you make having received any of my services or products is your own and you remain wholly responsible for any decisions and actions you take.
Refunds Summary

Private 1:1 session – Refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before the session.

Session packs – Non-refundable once purchased (individual sessions may be rescheduled in line with policy above).

Group courses/events – Refunds available on a sliding scale (see above).

Digital products/downloads – Non-refundable.

Physical products – Refund only if faulty or damaged, subject to conditions above.
General Issues
This agreement is the entire agreement between us and supersedes any previous agreement relating to any services or products we provide, unless otherwise agreed in writing by us both.
No failure or delay in enforcing any rights under this agreement will prejudice or restrict those rights. A waiver of any breach will not operate as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Each provision of this agreement is severable. If any part is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement is not affected.
No terms of this agreement are intended for the benefit of any third party, except where expressly stated, and it is not intended that any term should be enforceable by a third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
