What is NLP?

Neuro linguistic programming is the process of understanding how a person makes sense of the world around them and, in turn, how they behave.

Relates to how you sense, register and filter all of your experiences in the world around you - your thoughts.

Relates to how you interpret, understand and communicate (including to yourself) - your language

Relates to how you respond to both internal and external stimuli and patterns within this - your behaviour

NLP is hugely powerful in unearthing and tackling deep rooted, sub-conscious values and belief systems. Perhaps you have everything in place to achieve your goals but negative thoughts and ineffective behaviour patterns keep raising their heads and getting in your way. NLP techniques can help you understand why. And even better, they can help you change these patterns and move forward more effectively. Where traditional coaching can sometimes come to closed door, NLP holds the key.
