How it works

A tailored approach

I’ve never been one to do the same thing day in, day out. Some days I am my best self when sat at my computer totally engrossed in my latest project. Sometimes I can’t see the wood for the trees and seek a sounding board and the energy of others to help me find my path. And other days I crave solace and need only to retreat inward.

I bring the same flexibility and variety into my coaching practice. I blend traditional coaching and neuro linguistic programming with mindfulness exercises, breath work and energy balancing.

One size definitely does not fit all. We will work together to select techniques and practices that resonate with you and create a unique toolkit for achieving your goals.

I invite you to begin your journey with a one to one consultation, during which we will discuss any goals or area of focus you have. And don't worry if you're not sure yet - figuring it out is all part of the process. We will design the first few steps of your unique journey to discovering your world’s best self and tailor how I can help and support you, be it with a programme of face to face coaching sessions, kinesiology, or supporting you to develop a mindfulness practice. 








Sessions to suit you

Face to face

I hold face to face sessions at The Therapy Lounge in Fleet, Hampshire. Or I’m happy to come to you at your home. My only request is that you choose somewhere which allows you the space to really focus on yourself without distractions, during this time.

Video Call

The joy of coaching and NLP is that it really can be done (with excellent results) when we’re miles away from each other. My own mentor and coach lives the other side of the country and I love the flexibility and convenience of our online meetings.


If you'd prefer to talk over the phone or don’t have access to video calls, that’s fine too. Sometimes all we need is a quick check-in and I’m always happy to have a chat or catch up on text or WhatsApp when you need a little extra support.

The only thing that we do need to be face to face for is Kinesiology, as this does rely on physical contact. Be assured, I am fully compliant with government guidelines for close contact therapies and will ensure the correct PPE is worn at all times. I will also advise you, prior to any face to face session, if guidelines require you to wear any face coverings. If this is the case you can choose to wear your own or one provided by me.

Three 1 hr 30 mins sessions, tailored to you. Combining coaching, kinesiology and mindfulness as suited to you.


Six 1 hr 30 mins sessions, tailored to you. We can decide how to use the time as we progress through your journey.
