STUDENT AGREEMENT

A deposit of £300 is required at the time of registration. This covers the full cost of the Level One workshop (including learning materials for the entire course) and is non-refundable. Payment for subsequent levels is due four weeks prior to each workshop.

Once I have received your completed student information form and deposit, you will receive a confirmation email with full course details and joining information.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY

If you are unable to attend after booking, please let me know as soon as possible.

The £300 registration deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you need to cancel your place more than 28 days before a workshop, the deposit payment may be transferred to a future course date (subject to availability).
Cancellations made within 28 days of a workshop are non-transferable and non-refundable, as your place will have been reserved and materials prepared.
In exceptional circumstances, please contact me directly and I will always do my best to be fair and supportive.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered either a full refund of any fees paid or the option to transfer to a future date.

I understand that the deposit is non-refundable except in the event of the workshop being cancelled, or at the discretion of the Instructor in cases of extenuating personal circumstances that may prevent my attendance at all or part of the workshop.

I agree to pay the balance of fees for each Level of the synthesis, 4 weeks prior to the start date of each workshop, or by arrangement with the Instructor.

I consent to the information I have provided being on this from and my booking form being passed to the IKC website to register my training and issue my certificate.

I give my permission for photographs to be taken during the course which may be shared for marketing purposes. (Optional)
