An informal two hour workshop during which you will learn a selection of powerful techniques for improving brain function, boosting energy and managing emotional stress. Workshop includes: During this workshop you will learn: * how Kinesiology was developed and the powerful ways we can use it in our modern lives. * home to carry out a priority meridian balance, understanding how each of these merdians impact our wellbeing and how we can bring their energy into balance. * switching exercises to improve focus and concentration. * auricular energy balance to reduce muscle tension and pain. * emotional stress release to calm emotions. plus a selection of other powerful energy tools. Venue The workshop will be held via Zoom.
