Join myself and Helen Gee from My Pilates Tribe for a nourishing morning workshop designed to help you prepare energetically and physically for the busy holiday season. In this 3-hour session, we’ll blend movement, mindfulness, and energy work to support your well-being, calm your nervous system, and help you stay grounded throughout the festive period. What to Expect: - Trigger Point Pilates Class: Begin with a 60-minute Pilates session that uses trigger point release techniques to reduce tension, enhance physical freedom, and boost energy flow. - Energy Protection & Nervous System Care: Learn effective techniques to shield your personal energy and calm your nervous system, essential tools for navigating the holiday season's hustle and bustle with ease. - Cacao Ceremony & Calming Meditation: Experience a sacred cacao ceremony followed by a heart-centered meditation, helping you connect deeply within and feel more present. - Heart-Led Intention Setting: Set heartfelt, aligned intentions for the holiday season, tuning into how you truly want to feel during this time of year. - Goody Bags & Festive Extras: Enjoy a take-home goody bag with gorgeous treats to help you continue your self-care practice. Refreshments, including festive herbal teas and cacao, will be provided. You'll leave feeling calm, grounded, and ready to embrace the holidays with heartfelt intention.
